Events in Ulaanbaatar: October 28: Parliamentary party groups will convene at the State Great Khural. October 28: The Mongolian Judo Federation will organize a ranking tournament for judokas at the Central Sports Palace of Mongolia. October 28-29: At the invitation of President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly Tokayev will pay a State Visit to Mongolia. October 29: Mongolia will celebrate Capital City Day. October 29-30: The meeting of the Standing Committees of the State Great Khural will be held. October 29-30: Following the State Visit of President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa to France in 2023, MEDEF International is organizing a business meeting with Mongolian and French companies. The meeting will be led by the chairman of the France-Mongolia Business Council/Chairman of Orano Mr. Claude Imauven. Representatives of around 30 French companies from sectors of agriculture, livestock, logistics, car manufacturing, food, mining, energy, transport, bank et al. are expected. October 30: A regular session of the Cabinet of Mongolia will convene at the State Palace of Mongolia. October 30: The Mongolia-France Business Meeting will be held at the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

October 30: The opening of the “Wheel of Life” exhibition by renowned artist S. Rentsen will take place at the Union of Mongolian Artists' Exhibition Hall. October 30-31: The “Heart Never Forgets” Project team will conduct medical screenings for children in Uliastai city and surrounding soums in Zavkhan aimag. October 31-November 1: A plenary session of the State Great Khural will be held. October 31: The "Virtuoso Gala Concert," organized by Virtuoso Academy as an annual tradition for its 21st year, will be held at the Mongolian State Philharmonic. November 1: Young musicians from the Mongolian Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra—violinists M. Khulan and Kh. Sanchir, along with pianist O. Urangoo—will present a classical music performance titled "Violin and Piano-Classic Night" on the Mongolian State Philharmonic’s concert stage. November 2: The “National Pride Day,” the 862nd Anniversary of the birth of the Great Emperor Chinggis Khaan, the first day of the first month of winter according to the lunar calendar will be observed. October 28-29: The Mongolian Children’s Folk Art Center will organize the “Folk Melody” arts festival for participants aged 18 and above in Khovd aimag. October 29: The inaugural session of the Citizens’ Representative Khural of Tuv aimag will be held. November 1: The inaugural session of the 9th Citizens’ Representative Khural of Khuvsgul aimag will take place in the Soyombo Hall of the Governor’s Office. November 1: The opening of “Creative Month of Culture” will be held in the Sports Hall of Arkhangai aimag. November 1-3: A grand sports festival will be organized in Uliastai city, Zavkhan aimag. November 2-3: A circus show featuring artists from five countries, including the amazing harbor seal, will be held at the Sports Palace in Dornogovi aimag. Events Abroad: October 29: The Mongolian National Grand Orchestra will perform "Beautiful Mongolia" for the first time with a full ensemble at the world-renowned Berlin Philharmonic. October 31: Another performance by the Mongolian National Grand Orchestra will be held at the Gerhart Hauptmann Theater in Görlitz.

November 1-7: The Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organize a business trip and meeting in the Kingdom of Bhutan to expand economic cooperation between the two countries, following the State Visit of His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck to Mongolia.
