Digital Operator Services to Be Introduced at the Citizen Feedback 11-11 Center

At the regular session of the Cabinet of Mongolia on November 13, 2024, Minister of Mongolia and Head of the Cabinet Secretariat Uchral Nyam-Osor presented the measures to resolve citizens' requests and complaints on health care services and prescriptions, registered at the Citizen Feedback 11-11 Center of the Government of Mongolia, eliminate missed calls to the Center, inform citizens about the resolution of complaints, and improve the Center's operations.
In connection with the presentation, the Government instructed the officials to analyze the issues stated in the complaints of citizens addressed to the Center every week, resolve them, and present the results to the Cabinet meeting regularly, receive and resolve citizens' requests and complaints regarding the activities of state organizations and public services through social networks and other channels, introduce digital operator services, and inform citizens about the resolution of complaints and requests through the "E-Mongolia" system in a timely manner.
Moreover, the relevant officials were tasked with enabling pharmacies, except those authorized to provide discounted medicines covered by health insurance, to accept electronic prescriptions, organizing training to improve electronic registration for healthcare services, and taking measures to resolve the problems faced by citizens.
