将在三年内建成乌兰巴托新中央污水处理厂
据建筑与城建部新闻办消息，使用中国优买贷款建设的新中央污水处理厂工程将于今年春季启动。2月1日，乌兰巴托新建中央污水处理厂项目签约仪式在乌兰巴托市举行。蒙古国建筑与城建部国务秘书苏·玛格纳苏荣、中国中铁四局蒙古有限责任公司总经理王海涛在协议上共同签字。建筑与城建部副部长巴·孟赫巴特尔说，多年来，我们一直未能解决基本的基础设施问题。目前，乌兰巴托污水处理厂日均可处理160立方米污水。新污水处理厂投入使用后，日均将处理25万立方米污水。据计划，在三年内，即36个月内完成这一设施。项目总成本为2.67亿美元。

据财政部新闻办消息，1月23日，财政部部长其·呼日勒巴特尔会见中国驻蒙古国大使邢海明。会谈期间，双方围绕两国合作关系、外贸以及用优买贷款、无偿援助实施的大型项目落实进展进行交流。例如，乌兰巴托中央污水处理厂、边境口岸基础设施、嘎楚尔特至纳莱哈乔尔20.9公里公路、1008户暂住住房建设项目等。2019年是蒙中两国建交70周年，两国计划共同实施多个项目与活动。

蒙古国国家大呼拉尔解除米·恩赫包勒德主席职务
据大呼拉尔新闻办消息，1月29日，蒙古国国家大呼拉尔召开全体会议，审议了由39名议员联名提交的关于解除现任国家大呼拉尔主席米·恩赫包勒德主席职务的议案，并进行投票。其中，66.2%的与会人员投了赞成票，米·恩赫包勒德被正式解除了国家大呼拉尔主席职务。公布完投票结果后，米·恩赫包勒德在国家大呼拉尔的会场上发表了离职讲话，并将国家大呼拉尔主席的印章交到拉·恩赫阿木嘎兰副主席的手中，成为蒙古国历史上第二个被提前解除国家大呼拉尔主席职务的人。

将尊毛都和麦达尔市发展成 乌兰巴托市卫星城
据政府新闻办消息，与蒙古国新国际机场投入使用有关，蒙古国政府做出发展卫星城的决定。基于这一决定，在乌兰巴托市截至2040年的发展总计划里写到，将Aerocity、尊毛都、麦达尔等城市发展成乌兰巴托市卫星城。政府认为，由此便能降低乌兰巴托市人口密度、减少空气污染、发展旅游业。

2019年是蒙中建交70周年，也是蒙古国南戈壁省和中国内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市间建立合作关系30周年。1月22日，巴彦淖尔市和南戈壁省政府举行2019年第一季度会晤。双方总结了2018年工作，并讨论2019年工作计划。去年，蒙中两国货物周转量为1970万吨。2019年，双方提出将上述数据增加至2 5 0 0 万吨目标。同时，从国家预算向嘎顺苏海图口岸拨款540亿图格里克，而中方计划对甘其毛都口岸进行10亿美元投资。

庆祝蒙古国民主宪法颁布27周年
据蒙通社报道，1月12日 庆祝蒙古国民主宪法颁布27周年是通过蒙古国尊重人权、自由，以公民为本的国家新宪法颁布27周年纪念日。回顾历史， 蒙古国一共四次，即1924年、1940年、1960年和1992年审议通过宪法。前三次，主要遵循马克思主义，而1992年通过的宪法是保护人民共同利益，遵循人类发展规律的民主宪法。当时，行使国家权力的人民代表大会430余名代表和国家议会50余名议员经75天的审议后通过了首部宪法。蒙古国120万个公民的75%参与了通过宪法公共审议，并发来20多万个建议。

巴·钢包勒德大使被任命为联合国东亚和东北亚分部中心主任

依法吊销萨勒河特银矿 采矿许可证
据蒙通社报道，2018年12月29日，蒙古国情报局和警察局工作组在东戈壁省古尔班赛罕苏木进行特别行动，依法吊销管理萨勒河特银矿的中国“JPF公司”采矿许可证。政府办公厅主任贡·赞丹沙塔尔就此问题表示，萨勒河特银矿不是企业或个人的私有财产。根据蒙古国宪法，土地和地下资源是人民的财产。开采地下资源的企业若有违法行为，将依法吊销其采矿许可证。

蒙中建交70周年范围内将实施70个项目

政府近期例行会议成果
12月26日召开的蒙古国政府例会上做出历史性决议，将依靠塔旺陶拉盖煤矿建设300兆瓦发电站。这不仅是蒙古国能源领域上的重大步伐，也是能够控制外汇外流的重要建设。能源部长策·达瓦苏荣称，政府与力拓公司商讨建设向奥尤陶拉盖供应能源的上述电站问题在此次例会上得到支持。据悉，新发电站将于2023年6月投入使用。据悉，从2019年起，在国内生产奥尤陶拉盖部分能源需求。
