      10月30日召开的蒙古国宪法会议上，与会者再次审核了有关《矿产法》第47章47.1条款、47.3条款47.3.1和47.3.2、47.4条款以及47.5条款47.5.11、47.5.12、47.5.13内容是否存在违反宪法规定，并敲定最终的相关法律条款。根据宪法法院2019年6月28日03号批文，宪法会议认定《矿产法》部分条款违反了宪法规定。由此会议最终决定，上述提到的《矿产法》部分条款均为无效。
