      据国家大呼拉尔新闻办 消息，蒙央行行长25日向国 家大呼拉尔主席贡·赞丹沙塔尔提交了2021年货币政策 基本方针草案。

乘用车进口量下降1.249亿美元
        据国家统计局消息，2020年前8个月，蒙古国外贸总额达79亿美元，其中进口总额为35亿美元，同比下降6.38亿美元（15.6%），较上月增长2930万美元（6.1%）。汽油、柴油、乘用车、货车的进口量分别下降6030万美元、1.863亿美元、1.249亿美元和6520万美元是进口总额较上年下降的主要因素。

      世界银行提醒说，虽然蒙古国的发展依赖于自然资源和矿业部门，但该部门99%的收入已被花费掉，而且以抵押贷款形式预支了未来的收入。如此下去会给子孙后代留下大量的债务。

 欧亚经济委员会最高理事会已决定成立一个联合调研工作组，以研究同蒙古国签订自由贸易协定的可能性。专家认为，发展同蒙古国的经贸关系具有巨大的未开发潜力。

矿产品出口带来希望
受疫情影响，蒙古国经济在2020年上半年下滑了9.7%，这是近20多年来出现的最大跌幅。但是蒙央行和亚洲开发银行专家指出，由于稳健的宏观经济政策和外部环境的恢复，预计经济将在下半年逐步恢复。比如，亚洲开发银行9月15日公布的蒙古国经济趋势报告显示，预 计到今年年底经济下滑将达至2.6%，然后在2021年增长 5.1%。经济状况得到如此改善与矿产品的出口量及其价格有所增长有关。

自2007年以来政策利率首次降至8%
  据蒙央行新闻办消息，蒙央行货币政策委员会14日举行了新闻发布会。 此次发布会介绍了货币政策委员会作出的两项决定。其中一项是将政策利率降至8%。这是自今年新冠肺炎疫情爆发后，货币政策委员会第三次降低政策利率，且每次降低一个百分点。

亚行无偿援助蒙古国350万美元
      据财政部新闻办消息，亚洲开发银行常驻蒙古国代表帕维特·拉玛钱德兰和蒙古国财政部部长其· 呼日勒巴特尔15日在乌兰巴托正式 签署协议，亚洲开发银行将向蒙古国政府提供总额为350万美元的无偿援助。

贷款利率同比下降1.4个百分点
      蒙央行称，7月份新发放的图格里克贷款的加权平均利率为15.8％。贷款利率同比下降1.4个百分点。若按行业划分，农牧 业、制造业和房地产业的利率最低，而建筑业的利率最高。此外，国家大呼拉尔非例行会议通过了一项“关于通过降低贷款利率战略”的决议。

蒙古国与中国进行的贸易额达44亿美元
      今年前8个月，蒙古国与世界139个国家进行贸易，对外贸易总额达79亿美元。其中，仅与中国进行的贸易额占56%，即达44亿美元。向中国出口的产品中，煤炭占35.1%，铜精矿占31.9%。

“绿色通道”运行以来，甘其毛都口岸单日出口煤炭突破9万吨
     8月13日，甘其毛都口岸验放出境煤车900辆，出口煤炭9.2万吨，创下疫情发生以来的“双高”。据了解，蒙中于7月8日正式发布《蒙中边境口岸“绿色通道”实施办法》（ 暂行），细化和明确了经由“绿色通道”的人员和货物往来事宜，促进了口岸外贸持续回暖。

亚行将向蒙古国提供150万美元的无偿援助
       为了帮助蒙古国卫生部门应对新冠肺炎疫情，亚洲开发银行决定再次向蒙古国提供150万美元的无偿援助。此次援助由日本资助的亚太地区救灾基金提供。亚行驻蒙古国代表帕维特·拉马尚德兰表示，蒙古国抗击疫情措施取得明显成效，相对没有受到全球卫生危机的影响。但是，经济形势有所恶化。亚行提供的此次援助将用于提供紧急医疗服务、诊断、医用治疗和防护设备。

蒙古国离生产列车更近了一步
      据蒙通社报道，随着新铁路建设的加强以及采矿和运输的增加，有必要使货运列车的维护和供应适应运输的需要。由此相关，乌兰巴托铁路成功实施了一个增加宗哈拉货运列车检修库能力的项目。随着项目的成功实施，该检修库的能力提升50％，每年可维修3500列列车，安装1500对机车车轮。记者日前向乌兰巴托铁路列车运营部总工程师贝·道尔吉巴特请教了一些有关上述重大工程的问题。

       8月20日，随着满都拉、塔旺陶拉盖和奥尤陶拉盖变电站正常运作，奥尤陶拉盖矿部分电力开始由蒙古国中部地区电力系统提供。与此相关，9月3日，“南部地区电网”国有公司与奥尤陶拉盖公司正式签署供电协议。

世界银行将向蒙古国提供2100万美元援助
       据蒙古国财政部官新闻办消息，蒙古国财政部长其·呼日勒巴特尔和世界银行常驻蒙古国代表安德烈·米赫涅夫9月7日在乌兰巴托正式签署协议。根据协议，世界银行将向蒙古国提供总额为2100万美元的优惠贷款和无偿援助。

俄方已开始制定过境蒙古国的“西伯利亚力量-2”天然气管道设计
        据俄罗斯媒体报道，俄罗斯国有天然气工业股份公司已开始制定连接俄罗斯东西部天然气运输基础设施的“西伯利亚力量-2”天然气管道设计。该公司总裁阿列克谢·米勒表示，通过“西伯利亚力量-2”天然气管道，过境蒙古国向中国输送多达500亿立方米的天然气。此外，可向俄罗斯几个地区提供天然气。
