蒙古国政府债券价格下跌
       国际金融机构和分析师警告说，预计2020年全球经济将出现萎缩。专业人士称，全球经济增长放缓，中国第一季度经济增长急剧放缓。又因新冠肺炎病毒的迅速蔓延至欧洲，预计美国经济在2020年第一、第二季度需求和供应遭受重大冲击，由此导致经济萎缩。但经济形势每天都在变化，目前尚不清楚全球经济增长将下降多少。

2020年蒙古国经济：新冠肺炎的影响及其它风险
      自新冠肺炎疫情发生以来给全球带来了新的挑战和风险，经济在短期内得以恢复的期望日渐消失。各国策略者们正在加快采取相应措施。截至3月中旬，已有30 多个国家和地区的中央银行决定降低政策利率。其中，蒙古国中央银行决定将政策利率降低1%，并将各银行的存款准备金降低两个百分点。

蒙央行收购的贵金属达4.9吨
       截至3月11日，蒙央行 2020年收购的贵金属量达4.9吨，其中黄金3.2吨，白银1.7吨，贵金属收购总量同比增多3.7吨。全球市场的黄金价格上涨、去年修改相关法律将矿产品特许权使用费定为10% 、年初以来蒙央行从国内企业收购1.7吨白银等均成为了今年贵金属收购量增长的重要因素。

蒙古国计划将战略性矿产的矿产资源使用费转入国家资源基金
        自古以来，蒙古人一直渴望平等获得自然资源。不幸的是，有野心的政治家们虽然在自然资源方面做出了各种各样的承诺，但很少得到落实。目前，相关部门已经准备好了有关蒙古国国家国家资源基金的法律草案。根据立法者的说法，他们正准备在今年的春季例会上使其获得批准。国家资源基金的管理工作和资金分别由“额尔登斯蒙古”和政府负责。

蒙央行将货币政策利率下调至10%
     据蒙央行新闻办消息，3 月11日召开的蒙古国中央银行货币政策委员会例行会议决定，将货币政策利率下调1个百分点，达到10%。同 时，将各银行图格里克必备储量下调两个百分点，即定为8.5%。蒙古国中央银行货币政策委员会作出的上述决议，旨在支持金融中介，降低银行融资来源成本，增加经济活动。上述决议可使国家在不损害通胀目标的情况下保持经济和金融稳定。

蒙央行2020年前两个月共收购4.3吨贵金属
      2020年前两个月，蒙央行共计收购4.3吨贵金属。 其中，2月份收购952公斤贵金属，同比增多856公斤。换言之，蒙央行去年2月份仅收购96公斤贵金属。 2020年2月，蒙央行达尔汗乌拉分行和巴彦洪戈尔分行分别收购16公斤、18 公斤贵金属。蒙央行收购黄金的均价为140292.94图格里克/克。

蒙古国防伪新版纸币上市
    蒙央行计划使用最新防伪技术更新升级面值为50图格里克和2万图格里克的纸币，并正式投入流通。据相关人士介绍，民众可通过新纸币的外观肉眼分辨出真假，而且面值2万图格里克的纸币完美结合了最新技术和民族传统样式。从2月10日开始，蒙央行会将新版50图格里克和2万图格里克纸币正式发放给各个银行。

       据蒙通社报道，今年蒙古国将在10个省建设热电站。具体来说，在扎布汗、 戈壁阿尔泰、巴彦洪戈尔、前杭盖、后杭盖、中戈壁、戈壁苏木贝尔、中央、肯特省等地建设热电站，改扩建 苏赫巴特尔省热电站功能。

从阿斯嘎特银矿采取技术样品
据悉，一年之前，蒙古国政府做出将位于巴彦乌列盖省绿湖苏木的阿斯嘎特银矿采矿证转让给《额尔登斯蒙古》公司的决定。根据国家大呼拉尔2007年第27号决议，将16个矿床列入具有战略性意义的矿床列表中。由此，“额尔登斯蒙古”公司承担将上述具有战略性意义的阿斯嘎特银矿进入经济流动、启动开采作业、解决必要的投资额、与投资商共同研究开采矿床的可能性等责任。

蒙古国中央银行首席经济师纳·巴特金近日就外汇汇率变动问题接受记者采访。问：进入2020年后外汇汇率有无发生变动？答：蒙央行1月6日公布的数据显示，美元对图格里克官方汇率是2735图格里克，人民币对图格里克的汇率为3 9 2 图格里克。进入2020年后，外汇汇率目前没有太大的波动。但是在去年，美元汇率增长了3.4%。截至去年11月，流入蒙古国的外汇高出流出的外汇。换言之，收支平衡中的收益较高。随着流入蒙古国的资金流量有所增长，外汇储备总额随之增长，达到42亿美元。

      截至2019年11月，蒙古国外贸利润达15亿美元，这对外汇储备的增长带来了积极影响。据了解，蒙古国2019年外汇储备总额达 40亿多美元。 蒙古国政府与国际货币基金组织联合实施的“金融扩展计划”框架内，合作单位向蒙古国提供的2亿美元融资也积极影响到外汇储备总额创历史新高。
