Government offering cheap rental apartments

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its regular meeting on Monday, the Cabinet issued a resolution on certain measures toward implementing the Rental Apartments Program. Accordingly, the State Housing Apartment Corporation is transferring 929 apartments to a fund of state-owned rental apartments.

Depending on sizes and numbers of rooms in the apartment, a monthly rental fee will be 200-280 thousand Togrog in Ulaanbaatar and 140-230 thousand in localities. 

There are 350 such apartments available in Ulaanbaatar and 579--in centers of Arkhangai, Uvs, Darkhan-Uul, Khentii and Khovd aimags and in Zuunkharaa of Selenge and Bor-Undur of Khentii.
