Mongolian and Korean journalists plan their cooperation

A group of South Korean journalists headed by the President of the Korean Journalist’s Association (KJA) are visiting Mongolia at the invitation of the Confederation of Mongolian Journalists (CMJ).

In scope of the cooperation the foundation of which was laid four years ago, Mongolian and South Korean journalists have been organizing mutual visits and exchanging experiences. During the roundtable meeting entitled “Mongolia-South Korea cooperation in media and journalism” the two sides expressed the willingness to broaden a collaboration between them. 

          The journalists also shared views on a possibility of regular measures for promoting culture, tradition and socio-economic development of the countries and for exchanging information.

          A cooperation program is expected to be released to reflect roundtable’s discussion which describes a framework of cooperation between the media organizations of the two countries.
