State Secretary of Foreign Ministry attends Asia Cooperation Dialogue meeting
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs D.Davaasuren took part in the 15th Ministerial Meeting of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue, held in Abu Dhabi on January 16 and 17. The meeting was crowned with title “Abu Dhabi, the Capital of Sustainable Energy”.
The meeting attracted Foreign ministers and senior officials from 34 countries, and adopted the Declaration of Abu Dhabi and the Sustainable Energy Action Plan.
During the 15th ACD Ministerial Meeting, the State Secretary, Mr D.Davaasuren held bilateral meetings with the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Shaikh Khalid Bin Ahmed Bin Mohamed Al Khalifa, the Minister of Energy and Industry of Qatar, Mr Mohammed Saleh Abdulla Al Sada, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Dr Anwar Mohammed Qarqash, and the vice minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Korea and Malaysia.
Held under the chairmanship of H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in Abu Dhabi, the forum underlined that access to energy, food and water by all citizens "is the prime responsibility of every ACD Member States."
