Mountaineer G.Usukhbayar climbing K2

On June 20, State Honored Athlete G.Usukhbayar starts his attempt to conquering K2, which is elevated at 8611 meters above sea level, and has the second-highest fatality rate among the eight-thousanders.
G.Usukhbayar arrived in Skardu, Pakistan on June 17 and began his climbing after 2 days of preparing.  No one managed to climb the top of the mountain in the last three years,
Thus, 52 mountaineers have registered to climb the K2, the second highest mountain in the world, after Mount Everest. 10 meter shorter than Mount Everest peak, K2, known as Killer Summit, is widely perceived to be a far harder climb as it has steeper slopes.
