S.Sukhbold attends 3rd Committee Meeting of UNGA session

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the United Nations and Ambassador S.Sukhbold delivered a speech at a plenary meeting of the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly 3rd Committee, which discussed implementation of agreements and conventions on human rights on October 19.
He introduced realization of agreements and conventions joined by Mongolia and Governmental policies and actions on protection of human rights.
At the meeting, representatives of countries exchanged views on strengthening activities of the International Human Rights Organization (IHRO) which is responsible for put under control the implementation of agreements and conventions on human rights protection. They emphasized that it is important to fulfill the Vienna Declaration and Program of Action, Conventions and Agreements adopted by World Conference on Human Rights in 1993 in Vienna, Austria.
