Immunization program for 2018-2022 formulated

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ An expert team of the World Health Organization headed by Eric Laurent, a WHO regional advisor has worked out the Mongolian National Immunization Program 2018-2022.
On November 7, the expert team held a meeting in Blue Sky Hotel to present the program to the Ministry of Health, WHO, UNICEF, National Research Center for Infectious Diseases and other relevant organizations on immunization.
At the meeting, attendees considered WHO recommendation for the immunization program’s evaluation, the Global Vaccine Action Plan of the WHO and its cost estimation.
