Mountaineers claim silver and bronze at Asian Championships

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ 2018 UIAA Ice Climbing World Cup and Asian Championships was concluded on February 11 in Cheongsong, South Korea.

Mongolian athlete N.Kherlen from Sutain Bor club claimed silver and D.Enkhbaatar from Khyazgaarguid mats club bronze medal in men's speed. D.Otgonkhuu got the 5th place and O.Saikhanjargal the 7th place.  

21 athletes from Mongolia, Iran, Korea, Kazakhstan, Japan and India competed in this category. As of team score Mongolian National Climbing Federation placed 4th with 186 points, following Iran, South Korea and  Kazakhstan.
