First round of East Asian Football Championship to be organized in Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ A first round of the East Asian Football Championship will be organized in Ulaanbaatar for the first time. It was decided at the 55th EAFF Executive Committee Meeting, held on March 30 in Busan, S.Korea.
President of the Mongolian Football Federation A.Ganbaatar and the General Secretary of MFF U.Shijir attended the 9th Ordinary Congress of EAFF and 55th and 56th meetings of EAFF Executive Committee.
During the event, MFF President A.Ganbaatar was re-elected as a member of the EAFF Executive Committee. Also, the EAFF Executive Committee awarded the member associations to host the EAFF Events in 2018, in which Mongolia’s request to host E-1 Football Championship 2019 Round 1 was supported by major votes.
MFF President A.Ganbaatar expressed its commitment to satisfy preparations to host E-1 championship in the home country in September of 2018.
