Ballerina O.Anujin wins bronze medal at Shanghai International Ballet Competition

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia’s rising ballet star O.Anujin won a bronze medal from the Sixth Shanghai International Ballet Competition, which held from August 3 to 11 in Shanghai.
Under the theme ‘Dance to the Rhytm of Shangai’, 73 dancers from 16 countries competed in the Sixth Shanghai International Ballet Competition.
Although, ballerina of the Mongolian State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet Ts.Khishigjargal also participated in the competition, she could not make it to the second round.
The biennial Shanghai International Ballet Competition has been organized since 1995. This year, the winner of Grand Prix prize received a cash prize amounted to USD 50000.
