B.Yesui becomes Youth World Champion in Blitz

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The Draughts World Championship Youths is currently taking place in Gomel, Belarus. Yesui Batdavaa took first place in the Hopes Girls division (ages 8-10), becoming world champion.

From her 9 matches, she had 7 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw, getting a total of 15 points. She is the second draught player to become world champion in blitz.


The first world champion was E.Khuslen, who won the blitz world championship in Izmir, Turkey in 2016.

24 Mongolian draught players are participating in four divisions in the competition.
