Women's Art Network joint exhibition to be staged in Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Five women artists from Mongolia, Japan, and the Netherlands are coming together, combining their strengths, resources, and networks, to showcase their support for gender equality and women's development, through a joint art exhibition.
Forming a network, and creating a bigger impact by combining different artistic voices, will be essential to get these issues recognized and heard in Mongolia as well as in the rest of the world. The exhibition is radically diverse in terms of the techniques, which include performance, video art, conceptual art, photography, and calligraphy.
The exhibition with a theme ‘Expressions in Black & White’ will be held on 9-13 November 2019 (9 am-6 pm) in the National Art Gallery of Mongolia. An opening event of the exhibition will take place on Saturday, 9 November 2019 at 4 pm at the Gallery in Ulaanbaatar. For more information, visit the exhibition's Facebook event page.
