Training on gender and human rights organized for executive officials

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. In the framework of the project, ‘Towards a Professional and Citizen-centred Civil Service in Mongolia’, being implemented with the support of United Nations Development Programme, a training was organized for executive officials of governing bodies of the capital city, and its districts on January 7. Member of the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia P.Oyunchimeg gave opening remarks.
About 120 officials attended the full-day training organized in aims of supporting the development of professional civil service, role, and responsibility of state servants in enhancing gender equality in public administration, improving their knowledge on human rights and gender equality, and building capacity.
