Certificate on ratification of Mongolia-Kazakhstan agreement exchanged

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On May 26, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Kazakhstan L.Battulga and First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Shahrat Nurishyev exchanged a confirmation certificate on the ratification of the agreement between Mongolia and Kazakhstan on the transfer of sentenced persons, which was established on March 29, 2018. 

 

As reflected in it, the agreement shall enter into force 30 days after exchanging the confirmation certificate of ratification.


Afterwards, the two sides exchanged opinions on pressing issues on bilateral cooperation while agreeing to postpone bilateral high-level visits and activities, which were planned this year, until the second half of this year or when the COVID-19 situation stabilizes.
