Ulaanbaatar Development Corporation and UBCab to improve taxi services in Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ulaanbaatar Development Corporation
JSC and UBCab LLC signed a Memorandum on May 29 to put
self-employed taxi drivers in an organized system.
The companies will introduce ‘City Taxi’ brand through
public private partnership and put 1,000 standard city taxis with top signs and
taximeters into service within this year in partnership with self-employed taxi
drivers with left-hand vehicles.
Today, taxi service is provided in the capital city by 512 official
and thousands of self-employed drivers.
