Mongolia-France business meeting held virtually

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The 55th diplomatic anniversary between Mongolia and France is being marked this year. On the occasion of the anniversary, Mongolia-France business meeting was co-organized virtually by the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mongolia-France Business Council under the Movement of the Enterprises of France (MEDEF) on November 5.


Member of Parliament G.Amartuvshin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Mongolia Philippe Merlin and Deputy Minister of the Food, Agriculture and Light Industry G.Batsuuri took part in the meeting, which was held under the theme “Mongolia’s economic trends, investment climate and agriculture”, and exchanged opinions on bilateral cooperation.


The meeting was also participated by over 30 Mongolian agricultural businesses and the participants exchanged information on investment climate and economic outlook of the two countries and state policy on agriculture.


Representatives of member companies of Axema and Adepta Associations of France, who run operations in arable farming, milk and milk products, meat and meat products, agricultural equipment and food processing production participated from the side of France virtually, presenting their activities.
