All levels’ electoral committees fully formed

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. According to Article 12.2 of the Law
on Presidential Elections of Mongolia, the establishment of electoral
committees has been complete before May 10, 2021 or within at least 30 days
before the polling day. Thus, electoral committees at all levels have started their
works to prepare for the election.
A total of 18,647 civil servants and public service employees are working for electoral committees of 21 aimags and the capital city, 330 soums and 9 districts, and 2,087 divisions.
In addition, there will be 148 members in 31 IT teams to ensure the normal operation of the automated voting system, aside from 2,481 polling station supervisors.
