Michel&Amazonka to dress olympic athletes of Mongolia
SportsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The sports and ceremonial uniforms have been unveiled for the national team of athletes that will be competing in the Tokyo Summer Olympics.
The State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports introduced the Olympics uniforms through their Facebook page on July 7. The Mongolian Olympic team uniforms were designed and manufactured by the Ulaanbaatar-based fashion brand Michel&Amazonka.
Main material: 80 percent nylon, 20 percent lycra
The material was specifically ordered to be painted in a snow-white color. The back and HAJUU TASHAA area has perforation zones measuring 1 mm in diameter for improved breathability.
Zipper: Manufactured by YKK zipper company of Japan
Logo: Rubber logo stickers inside a 30 sq.cm square as according to Olympic uniform guidelines
Flag: Embroidered inside a 30 sq.cm square
Trainers: Made with KBT6215 mesh fabric in the same color as the tracksuit. As the sole is a standard Nike sole, the trainers will be lightweight and comfortable.
Socks: Low-rise socks made with 100 percent cotton material.
‘Tokyo-2020’ windbreaker
Main material: Polyester and microfiber materials were ordered to be painted in the colors. Designed to resist wind chill, made with a thin fabric.
Zipper: Manufactured by YKK zipper company of Japan
Cap: Polyester was used to make its main body, while its back was made with a net fabric. The cap has red and blue hem.
‘Tokyo-2020’ polo shirt and shorts
Polo shirt: 91 percent cotton, 9 percent polyester
Shorts: 80 percent nylon, 20 percent lycra. Specifically ordered to be painted in a snow-white color.
