The 17th Congress of the Asian
Society of Transplantation is being held on July of 25-28, in
Kuala Lumpur, Malasya.
During the congress, the head of Cells, Tissues, and Organs Transplantation service of Health Development Center,
State Honored Doctor P.Batchuluun received an award for
international doctors, who have made a special contribution in development of
organs transplantation from brain-dead donors.
The award is dedicated
to international doctors, who have made a significant contribution to the introduction and development of transplantation organs from brain-dead donor in their home
countries.
More than 100
international consultants, doctors and
specialists were invited to participate in this conference and share their
innovative management, experience in treatment of patients with organ transplantation during the current coronavirus pandemic. Representatives,
doctors, and specialists of our country
from the Cells, Tissues, and Organs Transplantation service of Health Development Center and the
First Central Hospital of Mongolia are virtually attending the congress.
