MNOC Acting President receives Director of Alliance Française in Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On October 1, Acting President of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee Ch.Naranbaatar received representatives of Alliance Française in Ulaanbaatar led by Director Celine Martin.
In connection with the Summer Olympic Games to take place in Paris, France in 2024, the two sides discussed promoting Olympism in both countries, motivating the two countries’ athletes by having them participate in live interviews, and involving Mongolian athletes in French language training until the 2024 Summer Olympics.
They also exchanged views on involving French volunteers in the works to be carried out in the framework of promoting Olympism, and cooperating in organizing events and making video content.
Following the meeting, the Alliance Française representatives visited the Olympic Museum at the Mongolian National Olympic Committee building. They also stated the possibility of providing promotional films and videos of France for the digital museum soon to be opened.
Established on November 29, 2004, the Alliance Française in Ulaanbaatar is a non-governmental organization that actively runs its operations to promote the French language, culture, and education.
