Digitization of services for construction work to be intensified

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Last year, the municipal government received a total of 1087 petitions and complaints related to the construction activities from citizens and legal entities.

Since the construction works begin from April, the municipal government is working to improve the accessibility of services related to the construction works and plans to introduce ‘Online Business Center’ digital platform with aims to reduce burden and prevent corruption and red tape.

R.Dagva, Deputy Governor in charge of digital development, law and public services, instructed the corresponding officials to intensify the work on digitizing services for construction work.

A total of 42 permits/licenses related to construction activities are being provided to the citizens and legal entities in the capital city.
