MNOC President holds meeting with newly elected executives of MNBA

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. President
of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee (MNOC) B.Battushig held a meeting
with executive members of the Mongolian National Basketball Association (MNBA)
that were elected during its meeting held in April.
The meeting was attended by
MNOC Vice Presidents Ch.Naranbaatar and O.Odbayar, MNBA President G.Battsengel,
Vice Presidents T.Tuvshinbayar, L.Myagmarjav, and E.Anar, and the association’s
Secretary-General S.Tugsjargal.
Expressing his satisfaction
with the association’s unified leadership, MNOC President B.Battushig affirmed
all-round support for the Mongolian National Basketball Association.
MNBA President G.Battsengel
said that he will focus on strengthening good governance and having the sports
association achieve financial independence during his term. Moreover, the
parties exchanged views on ways to connect sports with businesses, and create a
long-term business model for the development of the sport in the country.
