Over 90 projects to be presented to Turkish investors

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. The Mongolian National Chamber
of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) and the Union of Chambers of
Commerce and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey agreed to hold a Mongolian-Turkish business
forum in Ulaanbaatar in September, 2022. Before the business
forum, a meeting of chambers of commerce will be organized in Ankara in August.
At these meetings and forums, the Mongolian side will
present to Turkish investors 94 projects of infrastructure and
energy, which will be implemented on the basis of a public-private and
investors’ partnership within the framework of ‘New Revival Policy’ of the
Government of Mongolia.
At a recent meeting held between the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mongolia and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the sides discussed ways to intensify bilateral cooperation. The meeting was attended by Ambassador of Mongolia to Turkey G.Munkhbayar, MNCCI President O.Amartuvshin, and chairman of the Mongolian part of the Mongolian-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry S.Boldkhet. From the Turkish side, President of the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey Rifat Hisarciklioglu, Deputy Secretary General of the TOBB Sarp Kalkan, Head of the EU Department Mustafa Bayburtlu, and Specialist for Mongolia at the Department of International Relations Adem Kula.
During the meeting, the sides agreed to intensify trade and
business cooperation in the field of agriculture, leather industry,
transport and logistics (air and land transportation) to ensure a trade balance
between the two countries and increase Mongolia's exports.
