Prime Minister’s recent visit to Singapore reviewed

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. At its regular meeting today, the Cabinet reviewed the recent official visit of Prime Minister L. Oyun-Erdene to Singapore dated July 6-9, 2022. During the visit, Prime Minister L. Oyun-Erdene held official talks with Singaporean Prime Minister Mr. Lee Hsien Loong, Acting President Eddie Teo and relevant officials and heads of agencies and ministries.


During the visit to Singapore, the Prime Minister aimed to ensure the implementation of the issues agreed upon during his visit in 2019 in his capacity as the Chief of Cabinet Secretariat.


The two parties agreed to work together efficiently to stimulate bilateral cooperation and localize Singapore’s best practices in Mongolia to solve traffic congestion and strengthen human resource capacity by means of introducing Singapore’s know-how, advanced technology and investment in the country's economic priority directions, and learning its experiences in digital transition, savings fund, urban planning, public service reform, development of e-governance and introduction of integrated smart system.
