Ambassador of Mongolia to Japan Presents Copy of Letter of Credence

Ulaanbaatar, October 9, 2023 /MONTSAME/. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Japan B. Bayarsaikhan presented a copy of his Letter of Credence to Okano Masataka, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, on October 2, 2023. 


Vice-Minister Okano Masataka congratulated the Mongolian Ambassador on officially assuming his duty. The Vice-Minister expressed his satisfaction that the establishment of the Special Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity during the State Visit of President of Mongolia Khurelsukh to Japan on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Japan advanced the level of relations between the two countries. 


In turn, newly appointed Ambassador Bayarsaikhan expressed his contentment at assuming office at the beginning of a new 50 years of relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Japan. Mr. Ambassador expressed his belief that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan would closely cooperate for the realization of the ten-year action program of the Special Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity and for strengthening human-centered relations and cooperation between the two countries.

Furthermore, he noted his commitment to upgrading and expanding economic relations between the two countries. 


The two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and cooperation, as well as issues on regional and international issues.
