South Korean Ambassador to Mongolia Presents Letter of Credence

Ulaanbaatar, May 28, 2024 /MONTSAME/. On May 27, 2024, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Mongolia Choi Jin-won presented his Letter of Credence to President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa.


President Khurelsukh congratulated and wished success to Ambassador Choi Jin-won on his new appointment. President expressed satisfaction with the deepening bilateral relations and cooperation between Mongolia and the Republic of Korea in all areas under the “Strategic Partnership.”



Head of State of Mongolia Khurelsukh expressed confidence that the newly appointed South Korean Ambassador would exert every effort to elevate cooperation in trade, investment, and the economy, particularly to establish an Economic Partnership Agreement and create favorable travel conditions for citizens of the two countries.


Ambassador Choi Jin-won expressed satisfaction at returning to Mongolia as the Republic of Korea's Ambassador. Mr. Choi Jin-won expressed commitment to prioritizing the fostering of concrete economic cooperation between the two countries and facilitating travel conditions for their citizens.
