Ulaanbaatar, August 12, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Summary of events for the week of August 12-18, 2024. 


In Ulaanbaatar: 

August 12: Due to the upcoming Election for the Citizens' Representative Khurals of Mongolia, changing of citizens' jurisdiction will be halted starting from August 12, 2024.

August 12-13: The Mongolia-Singapore Business Forum will be held at the National Chamber for Commerce and Industry of Mongolia. 

August 13: Business Forum for trade, economy, and investment between Mongolia and the Liaoning province of the People’s Republic of China will be held at the Kempinski Hotel.

August 16-18: The “Nuudelchin Festival” will be held at the hillside of the Taij Khairkhan Mountain in Nalaikh district, Ulaanbaatar.



August 15-18: The 10th Conference of the Asian Concrete Federation will be held in Mongolia for the first time.



August 17: “This Moment” live music concert will be held at the Central Stadium of Mongolia.

August 17: The “Jah Khalib Mongolia-2024” music concert will be held at Hit Park.


Local Events:

August 12-13: The “20 Years with Khongor Aduu” festival will be held at Durvuljin soum of Zavkhan aimag. 

August 14-15: The anniversary of the Bukhmurun soum of Uvs aimag will be held.

August 17-18: The “Khuvsgul Open” chess competition will be held in honor of the author of the Democratic Constitution of Mongolia, lawyer B. Chimid.



August 18: The centennial celebration of Altai soum of Khovd aimag will commence.
