Ambassador of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Sweden Presents His Credentials to the King of Sweden

Ulaanbaatar, September 6, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Ambassador Extraordinary Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Sweden Munkh-Ulzii Tserendorj presented his Letter of Credence to the King of Sweden His Majesty Carl XVI Gustaf on September 4, 2024.


Ambassador Munkh-Ulzii Tserendorj forwarded greetings of President of Mongolia H.E. Khurelsukh Ukhnaa to the King of Sweden His Majesty Carl XVI Gustaf and noted that this year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Kingdom of Sweden. The Ambassador expressed commitment to actively developing relations and cooperation in numerous fields including trade, investment, environment, renewable energy, arts, and culture. 


King of Sweden His Majesty Carl XVI Gustaf was interested in the ancient ties between Mongolia and Sweden, Mongolian nomadic culture, and the tourism sector, and expressed confidence that the relations between the two countries would further develop and expand.
