Ulaanbaatar, December 16, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Summary of events for the week of December 16-22, 2024.


Events in Ulaanbaatar:


December 16: Parliamentary party groups will convene at the State Palace of Mongolia. 

December 17-18: Standing Committees of the State Great Khural of Mongolia will convene.

December 18: The regular session of the Cabinet of Mongolia will take place at the State Palace of Mongolia.

December 18: International Migrants Day will be observed.

December 19-20: A plenary session of the State Great Khural will be held.

December 20: The Government of Mongolia’s 100th day will be marked.

December 20: The ballet performance “The Nutcracker”, one of the three great ballets by the renowned Pyotr IIyich Tchaikovsky will be staged.


December 22: Trade Workers’ Day will be observed.


Local events:


December 17: The “New Year of Gratitude” event will be organized by the Development Center for Persons with Developmental Challenges in Khuvsgul aimag.

December 18: The “Mongolians in Deel” festival will be held in Mandalgobi soum, Dundgobi aimag.
