Presenting the National Judo Champions of Mongolia
SocietyUlaanbaatar, January 13, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The National Adult Judo Championship of Mongolia took place at the Mongolian Wrestling Palace on January 10-12, 2025.
The National Adult Judo Championship of Mongolia saw the rise of new champions, with two female and three male newcomers achieving gold medal victories. International Masters of Sport Gonchigsuren Batkhuyag and Sukhbat Byambasuren achieved the extraordinary feat of winning the national championship for the fourth consecutive year. Meanwhile, Honored Athlete of Mongolia Enkhriilen Lkhagvatogoo of -53 kg competed in the -63 kg weight category and claimed her first gold medal in the upper weight category. Additionally, two-time World Championship Bronze Medalist and Honored Athlete of Mongolia Baskhuu Yondonperenlei secured his first national championship gold medal at age 32.
