Morin Khuur Orchestra Performs "Beautiful Country of Mongolia" Concert at the Prague Castle

Prague, March 12, 2025 /MONTSAME/. At the invitation of President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel, President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa is paying a State Visit to the Czech Republic on March 9-12, 2025.
As part of the State Visit, the Morin Khuur Orchestra of Mongolia, Recipient of the Order of Chinggis Khaan and Cultural Envoy of Mongolia, presented its concert titled “Beautiful Country of Mongolia” at Prague Castle, the official residence of the President of the Czech Republic.
President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa and the President of the Senate of the Czech Republic Miloš Vystrčil attended the performance.
The Morin Khuur Orchestra of Mongolia, in full composition, performed outstanding pieces of Mongolian national culture and arts for Mongolians residing in the Czech Republic, as well as for esteemed guests from the Czech government and prominent figures from the country’s social and cultural spheres.
The Orchestra had previously performed twice in Prague, at Prague Castle and the Rudolfinum. This concert marked their 100th international performance.
