The Mongolia Economic Forum 2018 kicks off at the State House under the theme “Let’s unite power”. The annual economic forum that held under the auspices of the Prime Minister since 2008 was cancelled last year due to economic and political situation.This year forum is hosted by the CEO club with participation of more than 1000 representatives.

Mongolians pay tribute to the heroes of World War II
Today, On May 9, Mongolians are commemorating the 73rd Anniversary of the Victory over Nazi Germany during World War II. On this historic day wreath laying ceremonies took place at the Memorial to Soviet Soldiers at Zaisan Hill and Monument of Marshal G.K.Zhukov, four time Hero of the Soviet Union and Hero of Mongolia.

Chairman of Lower House of the Irish Parliament Seán Ó Fearghaíl, who is on an official visit to Mongolia, paid a courtesy call on President Kh.Battulga on April 30. In the beginning, President Kh. Battulga highlighted that the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries is occurring this year, and asked to discuss about how to mark the event and develop bilateral cooperation intensively.
