Mongolia will cooperate with China in mining, industry and energy spheres

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In frames of the first Mongolia-China Expo which took place this October 22-27 in Chinese Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region, Mongolia’s Ministry of Industry has established some 100 contracts and memorandums to cooperate with China in the fields of industry, mining and energy.

One of the memorandums has been signed by D.Nyamkhuu, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, to collaborate with China’s Ministry of Trade. The sides agreed to organize the joint Expo every year. The two counties also held a roundtable meeting concerning a creation of a trans-boundary free-zone. In addition, a cooperation memorandum was established between the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) and the International Trade Center of Xiliingol prefecture of Chinese Inner Mongolia. It will provide Mongolian businessmen with opportuniy to use free-of-charge ten pavilions and 60 counters at Xiliingol for one year.
