Bill on Standardization, Technical Adjustment and Accreditation
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Speaker Z.Enkhbold received March 29 a bill on Standardization, Technical Adjustment and Accreditation from the Deputy Premier Ts.Oyunbaatar.
More than a decade has passed since Mongolia adopted the law on standardization and damage assessment and joined the World Trade Organization, and about 30 years have passed since Mongolia joined the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). “It is time for Mongolia to modify the currently effective law in connection with the contemporary changes in the country’s social and economic relations, and in order to fulfill the duties before the WTO and ISO”, the Deputy PM said.
