Athletes to wear uniforms made in Mongolia for PyeonChang Olympics

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On January 29, a ceremony to hand over uniform for Mongolian three athletes and accompanying team to participate the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games took place. The national team uniform was made by national companies.

Precisely, the National team will wear long-padding produced by the Tumur trade, cashmere hat, scarf and gloves by the Nano Wool Company, sweat suit of Joma brand by the Tsetsen Naran Company and leather bag by the Khankhuleg Company. All these companies won in an open tender.

Mongolian three athletes have been qualified to compete in the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games including B.Achbadrakh in the men’s 10km cross-country skiing, Ch.Otgontsetseg in the women’s 15km and B.Ganbold in the skiing event of the Paralympic Games.

As of today, the three athletes have been preparing for the Olympics at a ski resort located in Khandgait, suburb of Ulaanbaatar. 

Present at the handover ceremony were Ts.Sharavjamts, Chairman of the Agency for Physical Culture and Sports, B.Bilegt, Chairman of the National team, E.Badar-Uugan, Secretary General of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee, Ch.Nasantogtokh, Head Coach of the National Team and D.Khishigjargal, President of the Mongolian skiing Association.
