E.Tsendbaatar claims gold in International Boxing tournament

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On May 15, 2018, the 22nd International Boxing Tournament in Memory of Army General Sagadat Nurmagambetov took place in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Total of 128 boxers from Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Mongolia competed in 10 weight categories. Mongolian boxer E.Tsendbaatar won gold medal in 64kg category and Ts.Munkhbaatar claimed bronze medal in the tournament.

Mongolian national boxing team led by coach Kh.Khainar is participating in series of tournaments in Kazakhstan. Our team includes boxers A.Nurlan, E.Tsendbaatar, B.Sukhkhuyag and Ts.Munkhbaatar and they will have their next joint training with Kazakhstan's team in Astana, Kazakhstan.
