Mongolian embassy to DPRK hosts a reception
PoliticsUlaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ Mongolia’s
Ambassador to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea S.Tsoggerel hosted a
reception on November 23 in honor of the 70th
anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the DPRK and the
94th anniversary of the adoption of the first Constitution and Proclamation of
Mongolia.
Present at the reception were over 130 guests, including Thae
Hyong Chol, president of Kim Il Sung University and concurrently Minister of
Higher Education who is chairman of the DPRK-Mongolia Friendship Parliamentary Group, Ri Kil Song, Vice-Minister of
Foreign Affairs, Pak Kyong Il, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for
Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, Mun Jae Chol, vice general director
of the General Bureau for Affairs with Diplomatic Corps, officials concerned and
foreign diplomatic envoys and members of the missions of international
organizations in the DPRK.
This traditional event was
significant to promote the country abroad.
