Mongolian Embassy in Canada attends Winter Celebration at Rideau Hall

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Embassy of Mongolia in Ottawa has successfully participated in the annual Winter Celebration held at the Rideau Hall, official residence of the Governor General of Canada.
Governor General Julie Payette received heads of diplomatic missions in Ottawa during the opening of Winter Celebration. Ambassador of Mongolia to Canada Ya.Ariunbold handed over the letter of the Hero of Mongolia, cosmonaut J.Gurragchaa to the Ms. Julie Payette. Her excellency gratefully received the letter.
At the Winter Celebration, Mongolian Embassy displayed photos introducing winter tourism, Lunar New Year, winter sports activities in Mongolia and exhibition of cashmere products, promoting the country’s culture and customs by offering the visitors buuz (dumpling) and coffee.
The Governor General Julie Payette visited tent of Mongolian Embassy and expressed gratitude for the participation in the Winter Celebration.
