Joint training of Mongolian and Japanese archers starts today

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ Mongolia’s national team of archery started today its first 18-day joint training with Japanese archers in Japan. 

On February 21, the Mayor of Okazaki city Mr. Yasuhiro Uchida held a meeting with Mongolian team, wishing success to their training and further competitions. 

After concluding the joint training, Mongolian archers will head to Thailand for training and competition in the 2019 Asia Cup-World Ranking Tournament Stage I on March 24-31.

Last year, President of Mongolian Archery Association P.Tsagaan put forward a request to Mr. Yasuhiro Uchida to organize a joint training of archers in Japan and the sides signed the MoU on cooperation. According to the MoU, Mongolian archers will have a joint training with Japanese archers three times prior to 2020 Summer Olympics.
