JICA provides PPE kits to Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has delivered personal protection equipment for healthcare workers to the government of Mongolia.
The PPE kits, handed over to the Minister of Health D.Sarangerel, include 47.6 thousand items, such as, filtering face masks, gloves, medical hats, overalls and medical protective robes, and medical goggles, etc.
Minister D.Sarangerel noted the significant assistance being provided by government and non-government organizations, international agencies and foreign diplomatic missions to Mongolia for preventing the spread of the Covid-19 in the country. After thanking JICA, Minister D.Sarangerel said the PPE kits will be distributed to medical workers at the forefront.
