Ambassador T.Janabazar presents his credentials

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Non-Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Estonia T.Janabazar presented his letter of credence to President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid on October 29.


At the meeting held after the credentials presentation, Ambassador T.Janabazar conveyed the greetings of President of Mongolia Kh.Battulga to President Kersti Kaljulaid and confirmed that she has an invitation to visit Mongolia. The sides exchanged views on organizing celebratory events in honor of the 30th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the two countries with a view to strengthen bilateral relations.


During his visit to Estonia, the Ambassador met with Chair of the Estonia-Mongolia Parliamentary Group Kaido Höövelson and parliamentary group members Estonian Foreign Ministry’s Asia Pacific Department Director General Celia Kuningas and Communication Department Director General Aari Lemmik to have a discussion about expanding cooperation between the legislatures of the two countries, restoring the political consultation mechanism, and advancing cooperation in tourism, culture, and education.


Ambassador T.Janabazar had another meeting with authorities of the e-Governance Academy of Estonia and Enterprise Estonia, an agency that promotes Estonian Trade, Investment and Tourism, and agreed with them to jointly organize training on e-governance, look into the possibility of sending students to Estonia, and boost trade and investment between the two countries by having the Mongolian representatives take part in an international business conference to take place in Tallinn, Estonia, next year.
