18 places in Ulaanbaatar offering voluntary COVID-19 testing

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. A total of 18 places have been set up to offer voluntary COVID-19 rapid and PCR tests in Ulaanbaatar city.
Only people who were in close contact with confirmed or probable COVID-19 patients or people who deem themselves be at higher risk from COVID-19 are able to get tested in the first place at the test locations. Those eligible for the COVID-19 test should call number 75751200 to make an appointment at one of the 18 test locations.
As of November 17, Tuesday, Mongolia has 434 confirmed cases of COVID-19, 17 of which are cases of community transmission confirmed in Ulaanbaatar, including nurses and doctors infected with the disease while being on COVID-19 duty, and 4 cases in Selenge aimag.
Officials have been actively locating all close contacts of COVID-19 cases and getting them tested for the virus while the nation is under strict lockdown with movement across the country restricted and people are only allowed to travel for essential work, basic necessities, medical reasons or emergencies until December 1.
