Six new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Ulaanbaatar city

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Six people tested positive for coronavirus after testing 8863 people nationwide on December 24.


All these cases were reported at the Central Hospital of Bayanzurkh district, bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases in this hospital cluster to 142. No new infections were recorded in Selenge, Darkhan-Uul, Orkhon, Gobisumber and Arkhangai aimag.


Total cases of COVID-19 infection in Mongolia have reached 1075 with 584 recoveries. And 482 people are receiving treatment at the National Center for Communicable Diseases, Military Central hospital, 300-bed hospital of Khan-Uul district and general hospital of Selenge aimag.
