Leadership development program to be implemented

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In aims of preparing new generation of business, a leadership development program is to be implemented by the Business Academy at the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) in cooperation with the Harvard Business School in the USA.


The first program “Harvard Manage Mentor” will be launched on February 1 and its registration began. The program provides individuals with the opportunity to learn the skills and abilities to manage others and their own businesses.


The program, which consisted of three main sections and 41 topics, allows attendees to study the best program, developed by professors of the Harvard Business School, in Mongolian language. The program attendees will work on real cases of the world’s largest companies such as Walmart, Netflix, Apple, Amazon, Walt Disney, Nike and Tesla.


By completing the program successfully, the participants will obtain analytical skills and also increase their knowledge on up-to-date technologies in addition to getting acquainted with business trends, new business models and management in international trade, investment, technology and human resource.
