Ambassador expresses readiness to give all-round support to Gazoprovod Soyuz Vostok

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. In connection with the registration
of a special-purpose company ‘Gazoprovod Soyuz Vostok’ in Mongolia, Ambassador of Mongolia to the Russian Federation D.Davaa held an online meeting with the Director of
the Gazoprovod Soyuz Vostok Special Purpose Company Yevgeny Aseev on January
21. The company is responsible for conducting planning and survey works and formulating
a feasibility study regarding the construction project for a gas pipeline
to supply Russian gas across Mongolia to China.
Ambassador D. Davaa congratulated Yevgeny Aseev on his appointment as director of the Gazprovod Soyuz Vostok and noted that the Mongolian Embassy in Russia is ready to render all-round support to the company.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the list of documents required from the company to open a permanent account at the Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia and ways to resolve the issue concerning the papers that have to be certified by the Mongolian side amid the epidemic. The relevant staff of the Embassy provided detailed information on the matters. The parties concurred to closely co-work to normalize the company's activities.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the
Mongolian Embassy to Russia and the Investment Research Center of the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs.
