Ambassador U.Enkhtuvshin presents copy of credentials

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On December 09, Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Russian Federation
U.Enkhtuvshin presented a copy of the Letter of Credence to Deputy Minister of
Foreign Affairs of Russia I.V.Morgulov.
During the meeting,
Ambassador U.Enkhtuvshin highlighted that the two countries are marking the
100th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia
and the Russian Federation throughout the whole year. Furthermore, he noted
that high-level reciprocal visits between
the two countries and regular meeting of the Mongolia-Russia Intergovernmental
Commission, important mechanism of cooperation, were successfully organized in
the framework of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of
diplomatic relations between two countries.
Deputy Minister I.V.Morgulov congratulated the Ambassador U.Enkhtuvshin, and expressed readiness to jointly implement major development projects and programs by enriching bilateral relations with economic content in the new century.
Discussing the preparation of the visit of President U.Khurelsukh to Russia, the sides concurred that the meeting of the two Heads of State will be a special event for bilateral relations in the beginning of the new century.
